This new course proposal is based on recent revisions to ENGL 201, Technical Report Writing where the current proposal is to create a new course–ENGL 202, Technical Writing–based on the recent ENGL 201 revision and accompanied by the deactivation of ENGL 201.

There is some urgency to act upon this proposal soon and it has been suggested that this may be addressed via email since the first Curriculum Committee meeting of the year is not scheduled to take place until September 28th.
