Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s basketball being among the most popular of athletic programs; students compete with other Tribal Colleges and Universities, as well as in pre-season games against regional community colleges.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.nwic.edu\/orientation\/files\/2010\/07\/Womens-B-Ball1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-119\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.nwic.edu\/orientation\/files\/2010\/07\/Womens-B-Ball1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a>Students have the opportunity to participate in women&#8217;s volleyball, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s basketball, men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s golf and co-ed softball. Other sports are available based on student interest such as cross country, canoeing, and tennis.<\/p>\n<p>Student athletes are expected to be leaders both on and off the court.
