I&#8217;m certain there will be no lack of commentary and thought about the pros and cons of this decision. It&#8217;s interesting the decision was handed down just prior to the annual tribal gaming industry trade show in San Diego, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiangaming.org\/events\/tradeshow\/\">(National Indian Gaming Association)<\/a>. Maybe this issue made the topical laundry list at the last moment.
