What’s the difference between Class I, II and III Games as noted in IGRA?

The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act is very clear about these differences. How have tribes used this information to expand their gaming enterprises over the last decade. What’s new and what’s on the horizon? I wonder if those folks in Alabama understand the distinction?
