Navigating Your Class
Basic Navigation
When you are browsing through your course, you will use the top navigation menu to find your way back to the course homepage, or the NWIC Moodle home page.
Viewing Course Lessons
Classes in Moodle are organized into a series of lessons. It is common that instructors will set up a lesson for each week, but there may also be more than one lesson each week or longer lessons.
To go to a specific lesson, click on the name of the lesson on the Course Menu.
In each course lesson you will find all of the readings, assignments, quizzes and discussion forums for that lesson.
Viewing by Activity Type
The main way to work through your course materials is by lesson, but you can also view a summary of activities by activity type by using the activity menu. For example, if you wanted to see a summary of all of the assignments in a course, click on the “Asssignments” link in the activity menu.
