Getting Help
If you are experiencing problems in your course, it is important that you seek help right away. Technical glitches can happen anytime you’re working with computers, but there are resources available to help you out.
Who to can help?
When problems arise try contacting:
- Your Instructor – If you have questions about assignments or course content, contact your instructor by e-mail, message, or phone.
- Site Staff - If you are located at one of the sites, the site technician and site manager have been trained in the online course software and can help to answer many of your questions in person.
- NWIC Technical Support - If you are having technical problems, login problems, or other difficulties with your online class contact the NWIC technical support staff at the number listed below.
